1. Promotion Period and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 The SUUNTO Black Friday promotion (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on 20 November 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 1 December 2025 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

1.2 By placing an order at apac.suunto.com during the Promotion Period, you participate in the Promotion and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate.

2. Eligibility and Verification

2.1 Geographic Scope

This Promotion is open to individuals residing in Australia who place orders through apac.suunto.com. Orders must be for personal use only; wholesale or resale purchases are not eligible.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Suunto is not liable for undelivered notifications caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2.2 Verification

Suunto reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility at any time. Any Participant found to be ineligible—including those from excluded regions, those making purchases for resale or who provide false information—will be disqualified without compensation.

This Promotion is void where prohibited. Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer or those of any of its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such employees, representatives and agents and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Getting a gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Promotion Benefits

3.1 Strap Gift for New Watch Models (AU/NZ Shared 20 Free Straps)

For each eligible Suunto Race 2 or Suunto Vertical 2 purchased during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive one Suunto 22mm Athletic 5 Silicone Strap Orchid Purple S+M (SS050964000) (retail value $89.99AUD ) at no additional cost.

Examples:

• Buy 1 × Race 2 + 1 × Vertical 2 → Receive 2 straps
• Buy 2 × Race 2 → Receive 2 straps

Australia and New Zealand share a total inventory pool of 20 straps. Straps are provided on a first-come, first-served basis determined by completed payment time. If the strap inventory is exhausted, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

3.2 Gift Fulfillment

Gift straps will be shipped together with the eligible order.

Delivery times may vary due to courier availability or local conditions. Suunto is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control but will notify affected participants where possible.

3.3 Returns

If an eligible watch is returned, the corresponding gift strap(s) must also be returned in unused, original condition.

If the strap(s) are not returned, Suunto may deduct the retail value of the strap(s) from the refund amount.

These terms do not limit any rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Taxes

Where applicable, participants are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with receiving a gift, as required under Australian law.

5. Privacy

5.1 Suunto may collect personal information you provide (name, contact information, order details).

5.2 Data will be used solely for purposes related to the Promotion, such as verifying eligibility, processing orders, delivering gifts, and providing customer support. Data is handled in accordance with Suunto’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

5.3 Suunto will not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Promotion.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Modification of Rules

Suunto may update these Terms during the Promotion, provided no changes negatively affect rights already earned. Updates will be communicated on the Suunto Australia websites.

6.2 Interpretation

Suunto may interpret these Terms in good faith and in accordance with applicable Australian law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia for purchases made on apac.suunto.com.

Any disputes may be resolved through consumer protection bodies, mediation services, or small claims processes available in each jurisdiction. Participants retain all rights provided under mandatory consumer protection laws.
