From where is the shipping sent?
In order to deliver your order faster, we will arrange for the shipment from the warehouse closest to your address. Generally speaking, orders from the United States will be shipped from our warehouse in US, orders from Europe will be shipped from Finland, and orders from APAC area will be shipped from China.
Which transporter will transport my order?
Currently we are working with DHL.
Is it possible to send my order to a third person or to a different address than the invoicing address?
Yes, the orders are sent to the person and to the address that are on the registered shipping information. You can have different addresses as shipping address and as invoicing address.
What is the delivery time and cost to the country/region?
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 8 days depending the areas.
Orders will ship Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

Can I modify my shipping address after my order has been made?
We will do our best to deliver your products as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been made.
Can I cancel my order ?
When we receive your order, we will start processing and arranging shipment as soon as possible. If your order has already started processing, we will not be able to cancel the order for you.If you no longer need the products you have ordered, we suggest you refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. It will be returned to us and we will refund your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel the order.
Can I choose to have my order to be delivered to a DHL office?
Currently, we suggest to have products delivered only to private addresses.
How can I know that my order has been sent?
When your order leaves our warehouse, the invoice is updated and sent to you by email. The email provides a summary of your order along with the tracking number of the package.
How do I use my tracking number?
This number will let you know the status of your order in DHL. You can find your tracking number in your order shipping confirmation email. Click on “follow my order”. Click on “follow the order” on the new window and you will be directed to DHL website.
What happens if I’m not at the delivery address when DHL comes?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, UPS will leave your package at the delivery address.
