How To Request Service

Step 1: Prepare your information and submit a repair request

  • Before you begin, prepare your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a clear description of the issue. Make sure you have a valid email address and access to a printer.
  • Use the official repair entry, select your country from the list, and complete all required fields in the online service request form.

Step 2: Back up your data and pack your product

  • Back up your personal data where possible and pack the product securely for shipping.
  • Do not include user guides, instruction manuals, or retail packaging, as these items cannot be returned.

Step 3: Receive the shipping documents and send your product

  • After you submit the form, you will receive a shipping label, shipping documents, and further instructions at the email address you provided.
  • Send your securely packed product according to the shipping documents and Suunto’s instructions. For paid out-of-warranty repairs, customer-caused damage, or cases outside warranty coverage, you are responsible for shipping the product to the service center or designated address.

Step 4: Inspection, repair, replacement, and return

  • The service center will inspect your product, determine whether the case is covered by warranty, and assess whether repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy is required.
  • If the repair is not covered by the Suunto International Limited Warranty, an authorized service center representative will contact you with a detailed cost estimate and information about secure payment methods, which may vary by location.
  • Once service is complete, your product will be returned to the address you provided in the service request form. Suunto covers standard return shipping.

Shipping And Costs

  • For paid out-of-warranty repairs, customer-caused damage, or cases outside warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the service center or designated address. Suunto covers standard return shipping after service is completed.

If the customer's remaining original product warranty is longer, the longer period applies.
